화성에도 생명체가 있을까?(영어: Life on Mars?)는 화성인인 데이비드 보위(영어: David Bowie)의 대표곡이다. 그는 1969년에 발표한 스페이스 오디티(영어: Space Oddity)에서 써먹은 우주 이야기가 같은 해에 일어났던 달착륙과 맞물려 대중들에게 잘 통함을 알게 되었다. 그는 화성인인 부모에게 태어났으나 한번도 화성에 가보지 못했기에 항상 화성에 대한 그리움이 있었다. ...그런 사람임.
이 뮤직비디오는 그가 지기 스타더스트였을 때 고용된 지구인 사진사인 믹 록(영어: Mick Rock)이 맡았다. 여기서 보위는 오묘한 오드아이와 화성스타일의 파격적인 양복과 헤어스타일로 지구인들을 홀렸다. 지구인들은 그가 화성인인 것도 모른채 그의 아름다움과 재능을 보고 “저 사람은 외계인”이라고하며 그를 핥았다.
